Invitation to exhibit
You are invited to exhibit at the Nordic Orthopaedic Federation Congress that will take place in Tallinn, Estonia, on 1-4 May 2012. The meeting will consist of plenary lectures, poster sessions, satellite symposia and the Exhibition Programme.
Approximately 300-400 delegates; physicians and scientists, from the Nordic countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Island, Netherlands and Estonia) are expected to attend the conference. Also are expected orthopaedic surgeons from neighbour counties (Latvia, Lithuania and Russia).
Participants will have the opportunity to hear the latest developments in the orthopaedic surgery. In addition, participants will be able to participate in conference satellite symposia offering the most up-to-date information available sponsored by organisations and corporations in bone diseases and treatments.
Place of exhibition
The Exhibition space in Radisson Hotel Conference Centre is directly adjacent to the primary conference meeting rooms and poster area guaranteeing maximum delegate traffic throughout the conference.
Stands
There is available bulk space with a minimum rental of 6 square meters. Please do combine as many as you wish of these minimum elements.

Build-up: May 1, 2012
Exhibition is open: May 2-3 at 08:00-18.00 and May 4, at 8.00-16.00
Dismantling: May 4 at 16.00-19.00
Congress dates May 1-4, 2012

Satellite symposia
As gold sponsor You are invited to hold a satellite symposium in the main hall during the conference days. In the programme there is room for 4-6 parallel satellite symposia.
For platinum sponsors is possibility to hold symposia (no parallel action), and thus we can guarantee your symposium the maximum attendance.
Time slots will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking will ensure that information about your satellite symposium will appear in all future conference literature.
